In the United States of America, Arlington County is the safest to live in terms of risk of death through homicide and vehicular deaths spanning the period from 2018 to 2022. This is according to data put together by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention( CDC).
The data shows that approximately one person out of a hundred thousand was at risk of dying out of homicide and about three people (2.7) people were at risk of dying as a result of vehicular accidents between 2018 and 2022
The analysis done by Ryan Radia, a research fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, a libertarian think tank based in D C., lists the safest counties in the US based on homicide and vehicular-related deaths with a population of at least 100, 000.
The first five safest counties are Arlington County, VA; Loudoun County, VA; Morris County, NJ; Middlesex County, MA; and Bergen County, NJ. These have fatalities due to homicide and vehicular-related deaths of less than seven.
